Key Responsibilities1 Site Execution Supervision Supervise PEB civil works such as foundations pedestals plinth beams flooring and drainage Ensure correct placement alignment and level of anchor bolts Coordinate with erection teams during steel structure installation Monitor daily site activities and manpower 2 Drawings Technical Coordination Study and interpret PEB GA drawings foundation drawings and civil layouts Coordinate with design fabrication and erection teams Prepare and maintain bar bending schedules BBS and quantity take-offs 3 Quality Control Ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications Check concrete grades reinforcement shuttering and curing Maintain QA QC records test reports and checklists 4 Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with site safety norms and PPE usage Conduct toolbox talks and follow safety procedures during excavation and erection activities 5 Planning Reporting Prepare daily progress reports DPR and work schedules Track material consumption and coordinate timely material availability Assist in billing measurements and subcontractor coordination Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
