Civil Engineer - Building Construction EPC Projects Location Porbandar Gujarat India Local candidate preferred Job Type Full-time Permanent Pay No bar for the right candidate Roles Responsibilities At Concord Construction Pvt Ltd we are executing large-scale building construction projects across commercial industrial institutional and residential sectors We are looking for a Civil Engineer responsible for planning supervision execution and completion of all types of civil and building works The role includes end-to-end management of building projects ensuring compliance with approved drawings technical specifications safety standards quality requirements timelines and budgets The Civil Engineer will coordinate with internal teams contractors vendors architects and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution from mobilization to handover Scope of Civil Building Works Civil Works Foundations columns beams slabs walls and roof structures Excavation backfilling grading and site leveling Internal roads pavements drainage and landscaping RCC masonry plastering flooring roofing and finishing works Building Works All Types Residential commercial industrial and institutional buildings Control rooms admin buildings staff facilities stores workshops canteens Boundary walls fencing gates and compound development Roof structures staircases elevators duct openings and internal partitions Painting tiling joinery and other finishing works Coordination with architectural structural and MEP teams for integrated construction execution Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily civil and building construction activities at project sites Review and implement approved drawings layouts BOQs and technical specifications Plan and manage manpower machinery shuttering materials and subcontractors Ensure execution of all civil and building works as per safety quality and project timelines Monitor progress productivity quality control and compliance with schedules Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management Coordinate with contractors consultants suppliers and local authorities as required Support measurements billing and documentation related to civil and building works Primary Internal Interaction Project Managers Site Engineers Quality Safety Procurement Teams Planning Accounts Billing Department Primary External Interaction Clients Contractors Consultants Local Authorities Municipal Offices Landowners Suppliers and Subcontractors Educational Qualification B E Diploma in Civil Engineering Required Skills Strong technical knowledge of all types of building construction works commercial industrial residential institutional Hands-on experience in foundations RCC masonry plastering flooring roofing and finishing works Ability to manage site execution teams and subcontractors independently Knowledge of construction safety quality control and site documentation Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD 2D 3D basic and project reporting Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to timely quality and safe project completion Work Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering execution of building construction projects Exposure to multiple types of buildings commercial industrial institutional residential preferred Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund PF Ability to Commute Relocate Porbandar Gujarat Candidate must be able to reliably commute or relocate before joining Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Application Question s How many years of experience do you have in building construction projects Have you supervised all types of civil and building works including foundations RCC masonry plastering roofing and finishing works Are you currently based in Porbandar or willing to relocate Work Location In person
