Job Title Training Executive Role Summary The Training Executive will plan deliver and manage technical and functional training programs to enhance employee skills product knowledge quality and operational efficiency across the organization Key Responsibilities Conduct training for new and existing employees Deliver technical training on pump products components and manufacturing processes Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives Develop and update training materials SOPs and work instructions Manage training schedules attendance and records Support onboarding safety and compliance training Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments Requirements 2-4 years of experience in training or L D within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of pump manufacturing processes and quality standards ISO HSE preferred Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills Ability to independently handle end-to-end training programs Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
