Role Objective The Junior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations ensuring that construction work aligns with structural drawings maintaining quality standards and managing labor productivity to meet project deadlines Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Oversee all stages of building construction including excavation PCC RCC work masonry plastering and finishing Drawing Interpretation Read and implement architectural structural and MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing drawings accurately Quality Control Ensure the quality of materials cement steel sand etc and workmanship meet the specified Indian Standard IS codes Daily Reporting Maintain Daily Progress Reports DPR labor attendance logs and material consumption registers Labor Management Coordinate with petty contractors and supervisors to ensure efficient labor deployment and safety on-site Measurement Billing Assist in taking on-site measurements for contractor billing and verifying As-Built dimensions Safety Compliance Enforce site safety protocols and ensure workers use appropriate PPE Personal Protective Equipment Candidate Profile Education B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience 0-3 years of civil execution experience in residential or mixed-use real estate projects with mandatory experience in weekend villa projects Skills Robust civil construction knowledge Quality and safety management Team coordination Problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your current monthly CTC What is your expected monthly CTC If selected how soon can you join in months Work Location In person
