Location GurgaonCompany CDBE Technologies Pvt Ltd Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator Data Center Support Executive to manage IT infrastructure provide macOS and system support and handle data center operations The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations system security and reliable network performance across the organisation Key Responsibilities IT AdministrationManage user accounts access rights and systems Email Other Admin portals Install configure and maintain hardware and software Provide technical support to employees L1 L2 support Manage backups antivirus and security policies Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Handle ticketing systems and resolve issues within SLA macOS System TroubleshootingProvide end-user support for MacBooks iMacs and Windows systems Diagnose and resolve OS application and network issues Configure user profiles Data Center OperationsHandle server installation rack stack and cabling Monitor servers storage and network devices Manage UPS power cooling and environment controls Perform routine maintenance and health checks Support disaster recovery and backup operations Ensure compliance with data center security policies Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Electronics preferred 2 years experience in IT support system administration data center operations Solid knowledge of Windows macOS environments Basic networking knowledge TCP IP LAN WAN VPN Experience with servers Windows Linux backups and virtualization is a plus Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting Good documentation and reporting skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Added Advantage Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices Familiarity with ITIL processes Experience in managing corporate IT infrastructure Key CompetenciesTime Management Attention to Detail Customer-Oriented Approach Team Collaboration Ability to Work Under Pressure Growth OpportunitiesExposure to enterprise IT infrastructure Career progression in System Administration Cloud Security Training and certification support
