Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for various medical tests transfusions donations or research The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in venipuncture techniques possess excellent communication skills and exhibit a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with patients Responsibilities Perform venipuncture on patients using appropriate techniques ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure Verify patient identities and accurately label blood samples to prevent errors in processing Follow established protocols and procedures for collecting handling and transporting specimens to the laboratory Maintain cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with infection control standards Educate patients about the phlebotomy process including any necessary preparations or precautions Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner providing clear explanations as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
