Head of Department Pharmacy We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Department HOD - Pharmacy to lead our Pharmacy Department The ideal candidate will provide academic leadership oversee faculty and student development and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy education in line with regulatory and accreditation standards Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all academic and administrative activities of the Pharmacy Department Ensure high standards in teaching practical labs and student assessments Mentor and evaluate faculty performance promoting professional development and research Promote research activities publications and collaborations with industry Oversee student progress discipline and academic counseling Organize workshops seminars and guest lectures to enhance learning and industry exposure Manage departmental budget resources and operational planning Required Qualifications Experience Educational Qualification PhD in Pharmacy Experience Minimum 8-10 years of academic and or research experience with leadership roles preferred Proven experience in faculty management and departmental administration Skills Competencies Strong leadership organizational and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strategic planning and problem-solving skills Proficiency in academic management systems and MS Office Commitment to excellence in teaching research and student development Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
