Role and Responsibilities 1 Production Operations Management Plan execute and monitor daily packing operations to meet production targets Ensure proper handling sorting and feeding of raw materials into the production line Monitor the entire pouch packing setup including PFS FFS machines band sealers and weigh-scale machines Coordinate batch changeovers efficiently following changeover procedure to minimize downtime Basic electrical mechanical fault diagnosis Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance TPM systems 2 Manpower Handling Allocation Manage daily workforce allocation across packing lines Brief and assign tasks to operators and helpers at the beginning of each shift Ensure discipline productivity and safety awareness among workers Train current manpower on production processes and standard operating procedures 3 Machine Monitoring Output Optimization Track machine performance and ensure optimum output across packing machines Monitor breakdowns coordinate with maintenance teams and ensure timely resolution Ensure adherence to machine settings to maintain consistent pouch sealing and product weights 4 Quality Control Waste Management Ensure proper hygiene and product handling in compliance with FSSAI GMP guidelines Minimize wastage of Raw Material packaging material and finished pouches Monitor weight variations pouch sealing quality and reject levels Ensure accurate labelling coding and packaging compliance Work place improvement working including 5s GMP and HACCP procedures 5 Production Data Reporting Record daily production data including output downtime rejects and wastage Prepare shift production reports manpower deployment sheets and machine performance records Track material consumption and coordinate with stores for timely replenishment Ensure proper documentation as per internal audit food safety standards Experience on ERP SAP or WMS system 6 Safety Compliance Ensure all operations follow workplace safety regulations Provide training on safety procedures Working SOP enforce PPE usage Report and document incidents near misses and unsafe conditions Qualifications and Education Requirements Diploma B Tech with 3-5 years experience in food packaging lines with strong breakdown handling skills HACCP knowledge automation exposure Hands-in a food processing packing unit preferably in dry fruits FMCG or related sectors Preferred Skills Advanced Excel skills for trend analysis and process data visualization Experience in supervising workers training them on SOPs and ensuring discipline Strong understanding of production processes in food FMCG packing units Quick decision-making during breakdowns delays or quality deviations Good interpersonal skills for smooth inter-department coordination Ability to work under pressure and handle tight production timelines Flexibility to work in shift operations and adapt to operational needs Monitoring CCPs metal detection sealing weight control TPM adherence coordination with Maintenance team Driving OEE improvement reducing wastage Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
