We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager from the furniture industry who can oversee end-to-end production operations ensure timely project execution and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes team management and cross-functional coordination to support smooth business operations Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production and operations related to office furniture and modular furniture projects Plan organize and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage factory production teams and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources Coordinate closely with design sales procurement and installation teams for smooth project execution Ensure quality standards are maintained across all stages of production Monitor material requirements inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely availability Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and operational policies on the shop floor Track production progress and provide regular updates to management Handle operational challenges and resolve issues related to production manpower or timelines Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in operations production management within the furniture or interior products industry Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes materials and workflows Proven experience in managing production teams and coordinating across departments Ability to plan schedules meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously Good communication leadership and problem-solving skills Hands-on process-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel to factories vendor sites and project locations when required Graduate Diploma in Production Operations Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
