Manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure focusing on ERP systems and related applications Administer and support ERP software e g SAP Progen Microsoft Dynamics Soham etc Generate MIS reports Ensure smooth and seamless integration of ERP software with other internal systems Provide technical support to ERP end-users troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues Perform routine ERP system maintenance including updates patches and backups Monitor system performance perform audits and ensure compliance with best practices and security standards Collaborate with other teams to ensure ERP software meets business needs and helps streamline workflows Implement and maintain ERP system customizations and configurations as required Requirements Proven experience as an IT Administrator with hands-on experience in ERP software e g SAP Progen Microsoft Dynamics Soham etc in the Pharma Industry Robust understanding of ERP system architecture workflows and integrations Experience with server network and database administration Ability to troubleshoot diagnose and resolve ERP software-related issues Proficiency in cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS platforms Familiarity with system security backups and disaster recovery processes Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments IT certifications CompTIA Microsoft Cisco etc and ERP-specific certifications are a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
