We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead our Inside Sales and Operations team and drive business growth in the Facility Management Manpower Staffing and Security Services sector If not then it s not an issue Key Responsibilities Handle and direct Inside Sales and Operations teams Increase business from existing customers and acquire new clients Identify and develop new markets to improve sales performance Attend and manage sales and operations meetings and ensure outcomes are met Train mentor and guide team members Develop and execute growth strategies focused on revenue and customer satisfaction Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients Maintain accurate records of operations sales revenue MIS and CRM reports and follow-ups Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Prepare and submit accurate quotations in a timely manner Manage client relationships stakeholder expectations and issue resolution Requirements Bachelor s degree 5 to 15 years of experience in Business Development Sales and Marketing or Operations Goal oriented with a strong execution mindset Proven experience in implementing successful business growth strategies Skills Required Proficient in MS Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint Strong team handling and leadership skills Excellent communication skills with strong market knowledge Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships Robust planning time management and organizational skills Female candidate only Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question s How many years of experience do you have What is your current ctc Work Location In person
