We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing and placing US Citizen USC candidates for non-IT roles across multiple industries The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment high-volume sourcing and client coordination within the US staffing market Key Responsibilities Source screen and place USC candidates for Non-IT roles Healthcare Admin Operations Finance Light Industrial etc Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening submission interview offer onboarding Utilize job portals LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search referrals and ATS for candidate sourcing Conduct initial candidate screening and competency-based interviews Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates Maintain accurate documentation and ATS records Meet weekly monthly hiring targets and turnaround time TAT Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements Required Skills Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment Robust sourcing experience with US Citizens USC Solid understanding of US hiring practices and employment norms Expertise in Boolean search and passive candidate sourcing Excellent communication skills verbal written Experience working with ATS and US job boards Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare Admin Operations or Finance staffing Prior experience working with US staffing agencies Proven track record of closures and client satisfaction Work hours 6 00 PM to 3 30 AM EST HOURS Benefits Attractive salary Bonus Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
