Position Sales Service Engineer - IVD Diagnostic Products Location Bhilai-Durg About the Company We are a professionally managed IVD and medical diagnostics distribution organization with over 30 years of established presence in the Chhattisgarh market As authorized distributors and channel partners for multiple leading national and international diagnostic brands we provide comprehensive solutions including IVD instruments reagents consumables and laboratory automation products to hospitals diagnostic laboratories blood banks and healthcare institutions across the state Our long-standing market reputation is built on reliability technical expertise and strong customer relationships Role Overview The Sales Service Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end management of assigned accounts combining business development sales execution installation and after-sales service This role requires a proactive professional who can independently manage territory operations while maintaining high service standards and driving revenue growth Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Plan and execute sales activities for IVD instruments reagents and diagnostic solutions within the assigned territory Identify develop and convert new business opportunities in hospitals diagnostic labs and pathology centers Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for instruments and consumables Conduct product demonstrations technical presentations and pre-sales discussions with doctors pathologists and lab technicians Prepare and submit sales proposals quotations and basic technical documentation Support tender participation institutional sales and government private accounts Collect market intelligence on competitor activities pricing trends and customer requirements Maintain solid relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term association Service Technical Support Perform installation commissioning and validation of IVD and pathology instruments as per company and manufacturer guidelines Attend breakdown and service calls promptly ensuring minimum downtime of customer equipment Carry out preventive maintenance visits and ensure compliance with service schedules Provide hands-on training to laboratory staff on instrument operation quality control and basic troubleshooting Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with principals manufacturers for advanced technical support when required Maintain detailed service records installation reports preventive maintenance logs and customer feedback Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements at customer sites Territory Coordination Responsibilities Manage complete territory operations across Chhattisgarh including planning travel schedules and customer visits Coordinate with internal teams such as sales coordination service coordination logistics and accounts for smooth order execution Support product launches marketing activities and promotional programs in the territory Represent the company professionally at customer meetings workshops and technical events Candidate Profile Diploma BE B Tech in Biomedical Electronics Electrical Instrumentation or a related technical discipline Prior experience in IVD pathology or medical equipment sales and service preferred freshers with strong technical aptitude may be considered Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage territory responsibilities Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh Valid driving license two-wheeler four-wheeler What We Offer Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of renowned national and international diagnostic brands Exposure to both sales growth and advanced technical learning Stable organization with three decades of industry credibility Competitive compensation structure including fixed salary service allowances and performance-based incentives Long-term career growth and skill development opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 15 02 2026
