MAIN DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES The Branch Manager is responsible for the complete end-to-end functioning of the branch This role carries ownership for operations people customers processes compliance profitability and service excellence The Branch Manager acts as the leader and face of the branch ensuring business growth operational excellence and customer satisfaction while upholding company values and regulatory standards Being actively engaged in branch operations and administration the Branch Manager will have a strong focus on results operational efficiency compliance and continuous improvement The role requires driving best logistics practices strengthening process discipline supporting sales optimizing resources and ensuring seamless service delivery The Branch Manager will Identify and implement efficient logistics practices across the branch Drive Operational Excellence and Process Improvement initiatives Promote best practices and Lean continuous improvement tools Support Sales and Operations for seamless execution Plan and optimize logistics flows and distribution mechanisms Facilitate training and development programs for team capability building KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Branch Operations Performance Responsible for deliverables across all business lines Customs Broking 3PL Freight Licensing Advisory Services and all support functions Finance HR Admin IT Overall responsibility for branch operations and administration Ensure adherence to all service level agreements across Customs Clearance and Trade Compliance operations STPI SEZ EOU Ownership of branch Profit Loss and cost control Conduct regular reviews of operational performance Analyze MIS and present insights to Management Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions 2 Customer Management Retention Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution Drive customer retention and manage Customer Satisfaction Surveys Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of transactional disputes Conduct daily periodic reviews with Customer Service teams 3 Receivables Management Ensure timely collection of receivables Monitor outstanding aging and follow up for closures Conduct periodic reconciliation of accounts receivable with Finance 4 Process Management Operational Excellence Develop implement and improve branch processes and workflows Standardize SOPs policies and controls Measure performance through data analysis and corrective actions Incorporate industry best practices and regulatory updates Conduct internal audits and operational reviews 5 Team Management Culture Building Supervise train mentor and guide branch employees Conduct periodic performance evaluations Build a strong engaged and high-performing team Drive employee retention and development Promote company culture ethics and professional conduct 6 Business Development Key Account Management Monitor sales plans and branch targets Support the sales team in achieving business objectives Identify customer needs and promote cross-selling and up-selling Maintain and grow key customer relationships SKILLS EXPERIENCE a Qualifications Graduate mandatory Logistics Supply Chain Operations certifications preferred b Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics operations branch management or similar industry c Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Multilingual Local Language Hindi English Team building leadership skills Financial bookkeeping knowledge Analytical problem-solving ability Decision-making capability High attention to detail and accuracy Organizational and time management skills Computer proficiency ERP MS Excel Email MIS systems Stress management and multitasking abilities ATTRIBUTES Honest trustworthy and ethical Maintains confidentiality Respectful and culturally sensitive Flexible and adaptable Solid work ethics Relationship builder and networker Problem solver Team-oriented leader WORKING CONDITIONS This is a desk cum field role Does the job involve travel Yes - based on business needs Job Type Full-time Pay 800 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Work Location In person
