We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer for Rural Electrification RE project works The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems field execution vendor management and compliance with project quality and safety standards Roles Responsibilities Supervise and monitor Rural Electrification RE project execution as per drawings and technical specifications Manage day-to-day site activities including line erection pole installation transformer installation and HT LT line work Ensure proper site planning resource allocation and work scheduling to meet project timelines Conduct site surveys load assessments and material requirement planning Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and labour teams for smooth execution Ensure strict compliance with quality standards electrical safety norms and project guidelines Verify and maintain site documentation work progress reports and measurement sheets MB Monitor material usage availability and reconciliation on site Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to on-ground execution teams Coordinate with project management teams for daily weekly progress updates Support in testing commissioning of RE network components Ensure proper communication with DISCOM officials and client representatives Qualifications Experience B Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory 5-7 years of experience in Rural Electrification Distribution Power Sector projects Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
