Landscape Architect Job Title Landscape Architect Job Type Full-time Location Bhopal Madhya Pradesh About the Role We are seeking a creative detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our team The ideal candidate will design plan and oversee outdoor spaces that are functional sustainable and visually engaging You will collaborate with clients engineers architects and contractors to bring design concepts to life Key Responsibilities Conduct site analysis including topography soil climate vegetation and drainage assessment Develop conceptual designs sketches and master plans Prepare detailed construction drawings planting plans and specifications Create 2D and 3D design presentations using relevant software Select plant materials hardscape materials and site furnishings Plan and design grading drainage and stormwater management systems Collaborate with architects civil engineers contractors and stakeholders Ensure designs meet local regulations zoning codes and accessibility standards Prepare project cost estimates and timelines Oversee project implementation through site visits and construction supervision Communicate effectively with clients and manage project expectations Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field Professional licensure or working toward licensure preferred Proven experience in landscape design or related roles Proficiency in design software AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite GIS Revit Lumion etc Robust understanding of horticulture sustainability and environmental design principles Excellent communication presentation and project-management skills Preferred Skills Experience with sustainable site design and green infrastructure Knowledge of local plants climate considerations and ecological systems Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creativity and a strong design portfolio What We Offer Competitive salary Health dental and vision benefits Career development and licensing support Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities to work on diverse and meaningful projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
