Job Title CNC Metal Spinning Programmer Cum Operator Location Sriperumbudur Experience 1-3Years Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced CNC Metal Spinning Programmer Cum Operator who can independently program set up and operate CNC metal spinning machines The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality metal components while ensuring safety accuracy and timely production Key Responsibilities Develop and modify CNC programs for metal spinning operations Set up machines mandrels rollers and tools based on job requirements Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Load raw material and ensure proper alignment before operation Operate the CNC metal spinning machine efficiently and safely Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards Optimize cycle time and reduce material wastage Maintain records of production and machine process parameters Follow safety protocols and housekeeping practices on the shop floor Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in CNC metal spinning programming and operation Robust knowledge of G-code or machine-specific programming Ability to read mechanical drawings and work tolerances Understanding of different metals like aluminum stainless steel and mild steel Knowledge of tooling mandrels and forming techniques Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills Good attention to detail and quality awareness Preferred Skills Experience with multiple CNC spinning machines Exposure to production planning and process improvement Knowledge of quality tools like vernier micrometer and gauges Ability to work independently and in shifts Salary Benefits Best in industry based on experience and skill level Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Are you an Immediate joiner What is your overall experience What is your current location Work Location In person
