Key Responsibilities Develop landscape concepts masterplans and detailed design proposals Prepare site analysis planting plans grading plans and irrigation layouts Produce high-quality drawings conceptual schematic and construction-ready Coordinate with architects civil engineers contractors and vendors Create mood boards 3D visuals presentation decks and material palettes Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure design adherence Select materials plants lighting and outdoor furniture suitable for each project Stay updated with sustainable design practices native planting and environmental guidelines Skills Requirements Bachelor s Master s in Landscape Architecture or related field Strong proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion Enscape Photoshop and Microsoft Office Good understanding of horticulture planting design and climate-responsive planning Ability to create detailed drawings and coordinate with on-site execution teams Solid communication and presentation skills Creativity attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Work Location In person
