Job Title HR Executive - People development No Freshers Apply Location Karur - Vennaimalaipatti Immediate to 15days notice - Joining Timing 9am to 6pm Salary 18k to 20k Experience 2 to 3 years Interested can share CV to - placements newtron in The HR Executive - People Performance Management will be responsible for driving employee performance engagement capability development and workplace culture across organization What we are looking for Performance Management Employment engagement Culture building Training Capability Development HR Operations Compliance Employee Relation Implement and manage the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycle Coordinate goal setting KPI alignment and performance tracking for site and plant teams Work closely with line managers to ensure objective evaluation and calibration Identify high performers and employees requiring improvement support creation of IDPs Individual Development Plans Maintain performance data and prepare reports for management review Support site supervisors and plant managers in resolving workforce issues Monitor employee productivity and attendance escalate discrepancies as needed Plan and execute engagement activities for site and factory employees Serve as an HR point of contact for site-level grievances and conflict resolution Qualification 2-5 years of HR experience ideally in construction manufacturing EPC or industrial environments Strong understanding of performance management systems and HR processes Knowledge of labor laws factory regulations and workforce compliance Solid interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities Proficiency in MS Excel HRMS systems and performance management tools Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Karur Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Do you have experience in Performance management people management What is your notice Period Experience Human resources management 2 years Required Location Karur Tamil Nadu Required Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
