We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor exclusively for interior projects who can handle cost estimation budgeting and project coordination Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed BOQ Bill of Quantities for interior works Conducting material estimation cost analysis rate checks Coordinating with site engineers designers and vendors Monitoring project budgets cost control and minimizing expenses Preparing work order agreements and verifying vendor quotations Conducting site measurements and quantity calculations Checking and certifying contractor bills and work progress Ensuring materials used are as per specifications and drawings Maintaining project documentation reports and cost records Supporting the project team in timely execution of interior works Requirements Diploma BE in Civil Engineering or related field 1-3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior projects Solid knowledge of materials used in interiors Ability to read drawings prepare accurate estimations Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD added advantage Email iarchdesigns career1 gmail com Contact HR (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
