About Us We are a fast-growing kids clothing brand committed to offering high-quality comfortable and stylish apparel With a strong presence in retail and online marketplaces we are now expanding our reach and strengthening our sales operations We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team Role Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities onboarding new retail partners increasing brand penetration and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the kids garments segment Key Responsibilities Identify approach and acquire new retail buyers and distributors for kids apparel Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service Present product catalog pricing and brand value proposition effectively to clients Track sales pipeline order status and market demand to support inventory planning Conduct market research to identify trends competitive activity and customer needs Participate in trade shows exhibitions and visits to retail outlets for product placement and visibility Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance Prepare and share sales reports forecasts and insights with the management team Required Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience in selling kids garments apparel or textile products Strong understanding of retail and wholesale garment business Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Ability to work independently and travel as required Proficiency in MS Excel CRM tools or basic reporting software preferred Preferred Skills Experience working with babywear kidswear or licensed kids fashion brands Understanding of market demand sizing pricing and garment category trends Strong network in the apparel retail ecosystem What We Offer Competitive salary performance-based incentives Prospect to work with a growing brand in the kids fashion industry Supportive work culture with growth and learning opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 8 274 86 - 12 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have prior experience in selling kids garments Experience Sales 1 year Required
