Autism Center of Excellence is a Premier Autism Therapy Center located in Durham North Carolina USA We offer ABA Therapy to children from 2 years to 18 years of age in a child-centered family-oriented workplace Autism Center of Excellence is currently looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team A Psychologists responsibilities include evaluating patients and gathering their history before diagnosing issues that need attention through the use of tests to develop a treatment plan to ensure the health and success of your patients They will interview patients and perform diagnostic tests to get a clearer idea of their mental health issues Ultimately you will provide individual treatment options for people to understand themselves better while helping others identify ways to change their behaviors and alleviate problems in their lives Responsibilities Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy compliance and high-quality standards Identify areas that need clarification or correction and work with clinical staff to resolve them Support billing accuracy by helping teams correct documentation-related issues Prepare weekly summaries and insights that help leadership make informed decisions Communicate with clinical teams to answer questions clarify expectations and offer guidance Track trends spot recurring issues and help develop improved processes and training Contribute to a culture of quality efficiency and continuous learning across our centers What Makes This Role Exciting Grow your career in the administrative and quality side of ABA Learn how an ABA clinic operates behind the scenes from compliance to billing to leadership systems Collaborate with directors billing specialists and clinical teams gaining exposure to multiple departments Make a real impact by improving the accuracy efficiency and effectiveness of services for children and families A great fit for psychologists who enjoy structure details and supporting systems of care Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Psychology required Master s degree preferred Experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health documentation strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and comfort with administrative tasks Clear communication skills and an interest in quality improvement Job Type Full-time Pay 450 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
