Experience Minimum 1 year as Shift In-Charge in a process chemical plant sulphuric acid plant experience preferred Short Monitor control and optimize sulphuric acid plant operations during assigned shifts Ensure adherence to safety environmental and quality standards Supervise shift operators and coordinate with maintenance and utility teams Handle start-up shutdown and emergency procedures of process equipment DCDA Converter Absorption towers Boilers etc Maintain shift logs process parameters and production reports Troubleshoot process issues and escalate critical problems to senior engineers management Ensure proper handling of chemicals PPE usage and compliance with safety protocols Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction Job Types Full time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
