We are hiring FloorIncharge for SS Hyundai CHENGANNUR Contact or send resume to (phone hidden) OR (phone hidden) The Floor Incharge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service floor ensuring smooth workflow high-quality service delivery and adherence to Hyundai s operational and safety standards The role involves coordinating technicians monitoring job progress maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving productivity targets Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all activities on the workshop floor Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill and workload Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of all service activities Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to Hyundai standards Coordinate with Service Advisors Parts Department and Workshop Controller for smooth operations Maintain cleanliness safety and orderliness of the workshop area Ensure proper use of tools equipment and adherence to standard operating procedures Support in diagnosing complex technical issues and guiding technicians when required Track productivity efficiency and job card status daily Ensure minimal repeat jobs and high customer satisfaction scores Report daily performance issues and floor updates to the Service Manager Qualifications and Skills ITI Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an automobile dealership preferably Hyundai Strong leadership and team coordination skills Sound technical knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and diagnostic procedures Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
