We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Student Counselor to join our Study Abroad team This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong interest in guiding students toward international education opportunities and are eager to learn about multiple study destinations university processes and admission procedures You will receive training to understand various country-specific requirements applications and counseling techniques Responsibilities Student Counseling Learn and provide guidance to students interested in studying abroad helping them explore courses and universities that match their goals and interests Tele Video Counseling Conduct student and parent interactions through calls and online meetings offering clear and supportive advice Webinar Participation Assist in organizing and delivering informative sessions on studying abroad covering topics like admissions scholarships visas and financial planning Application Assistance Support students in preparing applications completing forms and submitting required documents on time Follow-ups Maintain consistent communication with students and parents to keep them informed throughout the application process Market Awareness Develop knowledge of international education systems university requirements and visa processes across multiple countries Documentation Ensure student records and documents are properly maintained and updated Team Collaboration Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to support student recruitment initiatives Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in any discipline Communication Skills Robust verbal and written communication with the ability to explain processes clearly Interpersonal Skills Ability to build rapport with students and parents showing empathy and understanding Problem-Solving Skills Willingness to learn how to address challenges students face during the admission journey Tech Proficiency Basic knowledge of MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and comfort with online tools Learning Attitude Keen interest in gaining knowledge of multiple countries education systems and procedures Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
