Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life cycle sourcing screening scheduling interviewing and onboarding Understand job descriptions and coordinate with hiring managers for requirement clarification Source candidates through portals referrals social media and professional networks Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability Maintain and update recruitment trackers databases and reports Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process for a smooth experience Manage offer letters negotiation and joining formalities Maintain a solid talent pipeline for future requirements Support HR activities such as employee engagement documentation and other HR operations when needed Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role preferred Strong understanding of recruitment platforms Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask prioritize and work under deadlines Good understanding of HR processes and hiring trends Key Competencies Attention to detail Time management Problem-solving approach Professional communication Relationship-building skills Result-oriented mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
