Role Overview We are seeking a agile professional who can drive end-to-end recruitment while also acting as an HR Business Partner to support business leaders in aligning people s practices with organizational goals The role requires a strong focus on talent acquisition along with the ability to partner with business teams on HR initiatives such as engagement retention and performance management Recruitment Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs based on product roadmaps client deliverables and growth plan Plan Lead end-to-end hiring across IT Products Services business lines Build strong talent pipelines for niche and technology-specific roles Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements interview processes and selection criteria Ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition of current hires into the organization Track and report hiring metrics ensuring timely and quality closures Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking on salaries benefits and hiring practices HR Business Partnering Work closely with business teams to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives Support performance management talent reviews and employee development plans Facilitate employee engagement retention and grievance redressal Partner with managers to drive people-related decisions and initiatives Collaborate with HR CoEs L D Compensation Policies for program execution Education Required Skills Experience Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 8 to 10 years of experience in Recruitment HR with strong exposure to Quality hirings Proven track record of handling high numbers of hiring and stakeholder management Effective communication interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment Strong understanding of market trends competitor analysis and compensation benchmarking Working Days Monday to Friday Work from Office Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 200 000 00 - 1 634 980 09 per year Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Experience Quality Recruitment HRBP 8 years Required Work Location In person
