- MIS Executive Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong MIS Executive to support warehouse operations through accurate reporting data analysis and system enhancements The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills a good understanding of warehouse KPIs and the ability to collaborate closely with warehouse operations and system teams Key Responsibilities 1 Audit Inventory Support Assist in warehouse-related audits and physical stock counts Prepare and share audit reports with transparent findings and observations Support reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and provide data-backed insights 2 KPI Monitoring Reporting Define track and report key warehouse KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy Dispatch Accuracy Turnaround Time TAT Space Utilisation Efficiency Ensure timely MIS reporting and maintain data accuracy 3 MIS Documentation Standardisation Prepare documentation for MIS processes including report templates metric definitions and data flow Ensure all stakeholders understand reporting structures and KPI definitions Standardize reporting formats for consistency across warehouse operations 4 Ad-hoc Analysis Operational Support Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from warehouse and operations teams Provide insights to support decision-making and operational improvements 5 System Process Enhancement Collaborate on enhancements in WMS ERP and related warehouse systems from a reporting analytics perspective Support UAT User Acceptance Testing and ensure new features align with reporting requirements 6 Advanced Excel Analytics Utilize advanced Excel functions including formulas VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables and conditional formatting Maintain data validation accuracy and dashboard reports Required Skills Qualifications Graduate or Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Data Analytics or a related field 1-4 years of experience in MIS warehouse analysis or inventory management Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables formulas Basic understanding of WMS ERP systems and warehouse processes Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet reporting deadlines Job Type - Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
