We are looking for a Healthcare Research and Data Analyst to join our Employer Data Team in Bangalore This is an amazing opportunity to work on U S Market Access landscape and evolving payer employer models The team consists of three colleagues and is reporting to the Manager We have a great skill set in data analysis primary and secondary research SQL advanced Excel and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in the US healthcare space and a penchant for working with data About You - experience education skills and accomplishments At least 2 years of experience in US healthcare market with familiarity with healthcare datasets U S payers PBMs or employer benefits Atleast 2 years of experience in SQL Proven experience in primary or secondary research and data anlysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Any bachelor s degree It would be excellent if you also had Master s degree Attention to detail A flexible and collaborative approach to work Ability to prioritize effectively and adopt a systematic approach to tasks What will you be doing in this role Researching carrier contractors and healthcare provider information available in the public domain Performing high-quality data analysis and in-depth market research to answer business questions Conducting research on employer data including employee counts benefit design trends and identifying validating missing data Monitoring industry developments mergers and acquisitions and competitive intelligence within the employer and payer landscape Assisting in quality control and validation of datasets to maintain high data integrity Projects you will be working on Employer data benefit plans prescription drug Rx benefits projects revolving around U S Managed Care Payer PBM datasets Team projects offer exposure to Clarivate owned market access datasets About the Team The Employer Data Team with large healthcare datasets and advanced analytical tools to solve real-world business problems while building industry-specific knowledge Hours of Work The team is based out of Bangalore and work timing is from 12 PM to 9 PM The position is permanent and full-time Monday -Friday hybrid work mode At Clarivate we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons with respect to hiring compensation promotion training and other terms conditions and privileges of employment We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations
