- Fleet Operations Executive Position Overview The Fleet Operations Executive is responsible for sourcing vehicles for spot rental requirements coordinating with vendors and drivers and ensuring smooth daily operations Key Responsibilities Source cars on short notice for spot rental bookings Maintain a network of reliable car vendors owners and drivers Negotiate pricing availability and service terms with suppliers Coordinate vehicle deployment scheduling and duty allocation Track vehicle movement and ensure timely reporting and closures Handle customer requirements last-minute changes and service issues Ensure all vehicles meet company standards for cleanliness and compliance Maintain daily logs of bookings vendor usage duty slips and payments Support billing documentation and operational MIS reporting Ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end service delivery Skills Qualifications Experience in car rental fleet management or operations preferred Robust vendor management and negotiation skills Good communication and coordination ability Ability to handle urgent requirements and work under pressure Basic knowledge of duty slips billing and operational documentation Proficiency in MS Excel WhatsApp Phone communication Should be a graduate in any subject Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
