TIDA Sports is looking for an experienced person for the post of Sports Technical Director for its office at Mohali who is responsible for developing the overall sports strategy managing coaching staff and overseeing player development programs Job Responsibilities Create and implement the academy s overall vision technical strategy and playing philosophy across all sports Train and evaluate coaching staff and provide them with the necessary support and development opportunities Create and manage the budget for sports programs including equipment facilities and staff and oversee the efficient use of resources Build and maintain positive relationships with parents school administration and the community Design and oversee structured training programs ensuring they are age-appropriate and align with the academy s philosophy Evaluate player performance provide feedback to improve skills and help integrate them into higher-level teams Evaluating their performance and providing feedback for their professional development Coordinate all athletic programs including scheduling events and managing the logistics of training and competitions Qualification Requirement Eligibility 1 M P E D or Master in sports from recognized University of India 2 National International level player 3 Good knowledge of computer 4 Experience of minimum 5 years of working in reputed government or private sports agency 5 Age limit - upto 40 years 6 The candidate who possessed the experience working with Indian teams will be given preference The interested candidates should apply on the email address info tidasports com or website of the company given below latest by 30th November 2025 The other perks and perks as per company policy Job Type Full-time Pay 150 000 00 - 200 000 00 per month Work Location In person
