for an experienced AV Core Engineer to design deploy and support enterprise Audio-Visual AV systems This role involves managing AV infrastructure ensuring flawless operations for collaboration spaces and live events and working closely with IT teams to deliver world-class AV experiences The candidate should be responsible for ensuring all incidents and outages are closed in a timely manner properly documented tracked and resolution occurs Provide technical assistance to the leadership team This role requires a combination of technical expertise excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Key Responsibilities o Design configure and maintain enterprise AV systems video conferencing digital signage IPTV AV-over-IP o Deploy and integrate AV infrastructure DSPs codecs video walls control systems o Perform system monitoring preventive maintenance and troubleshooting o Support high-profile meetings and live events o Collaborate with IT teams for AV-network integration o Manage vendors AMC activities and escalations o Manage Incident Issues and Outage management Investigation and restoration o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues o Ensure compliance with IT policies procedures and standards are followed o Provide technical assistance and support to the leadership team members for tablets smartphones network-related and other peripheral devices o Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow of the leadership team o Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in IT support o Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes systems and tools to enhance the efficiency of IT support o Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware software procurement maintenance and support as needed o Provide operational support role in a multi-shift 24 7 and should be able to work across various shifts Skills Experience o Minimum 2 years of experience as an AV Engineer AV Core Engineer in enterprise setups o Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Cloud Management o The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful IT solutions o Work from Office in multiple Shifts o Strong knowledge of platforms Crestron Extron Poly Cisco Webex Zoom Rooms MS Teams Rooms Biamp QSC Shure o Proficiency in AV-over-IP protocols Dante NDI AES67 H 323 SIP o Hands-on with video walls LED displays and projection systems o Good understanding of networking TCP IP VLANs QoS Multicast o Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Preferred Qualifications o AVIXA CTS CTS-I
