Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BMS Graphics Specialist to lead the design development and standardization of our Building Management System BMS human-machine interfaces HMI This role is critical in ensuring our BMS solutions are intuitive functional and consistent across a diverse global portfolio including data centers pharmaceutical facilities and commercial properties The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert capable of developing complex graphics independently on platforms like EBO while also possessing the strategic vision to create and deploy global standards and playbooks This person will act as a key liaison managing external development vendors and ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous European and international standards Key Responsibilities Graphics HMI Development Independently design develop and implement high-quality intuitive and high-performance BMS graphics dashboards and HMI UI components Utilize JavaScript and other scripting tools to create custom visualizations advanced functionalities and dynamic data representations within the BMS Serve as the subject matter expert for graphics development on EcoStruxure Building Operation EBO and other relevant BMS platforms Standards Standardization Author own and maintain the global BMS graphics standards object libraries and playbooks Ensure all graphical elements are standardized for consistency usability and operational efficiency across all regions and segments Train and support internal and external teams on the adoption and implementation of these standards Vendor Management Development Manage the full lifecycle of external graphics development vendors from selection and onboarding to quality assurance and performance management Define clear scopes of work SOW and technical specifications for outsourced graphics packages Conduct rigorous quality control QC reviews of vendor deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements Technical Domain Expertise Apply deep domain knowledge to create tailored HMI solutions for specialized segments including Data Centers Pharmaceutical GxP and Commercial RealEstate Ensure all graphics and HMI designs comply with relevant European standards and guidelines e g VDI 3814 EN ISO standards for building automation Collaborate with project teams across various countries providing expert guidance on HMI best practices for the European market and other regions Qualifications Experience Required 5 years of proven experience in BMS HVAC graphics development and HMI design Expert-level with EcoStruxure Building Operation EBO Strong programming scripting skills specifically with JavaScript is a plus Demonstrable experience creating and enforcing design standards templates and playbooks for a global organization Proven experience in vendor management including technical oversight and quality control In-depth knowledge of BMS BAS requirements for critical segments Data Centers Pharma and Commercial Strong familiarity with European engineering standards and guidelines related to building automation and HMI design Looking to make an IMPACT with your career When you are thinking about joining a new team culture matters At Schneider Electric our values and behaviors are the foundation for creating a great culture to support business success We believe that our IMPACT values -
