Casadel Builders is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for a prestigious villa project The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience in managing and executing villa projects Responsibilities Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within the set timelines budget and quality standards Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and site workers Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications Interpret construction drawings and specifications Monitor progress and prepare detailed site reports Coordinate with the project management team to track project milestones and deliverables Manage resources including materials labor and equipment efficiently Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders including clients architects and the internal project team Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering specifically with villa or residential projects Strong understanding of construction procedures materials and project management principles Excellent leadership and organizational skills Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project and other relevant engineering software Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Benefits Market-competitive salary and performance-based incentives Health insurance Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A supportive and collaborative work environment Casadel Builders is an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Quality Control 3 years Preferred total work 10 years Preferred Industrial Construction 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
