Overview Works with the Product Manager to define the overall product vision and strategy of our Indirect Tax determination solutions with a keen focus on value business outcomes and user experience and ensures decisions align with product strategy Work with the Product Manager to develop product roadmap and creates maintains and continuously prioritizes the product backlog to maximize value delivery and long-term sustainability Drives release and support planning and execution Works closely with Product Manager and Product Line Leads and partners to implement enhancement initiatives to advance outcomes for stakeholders Engages with technical teams to manage the application stack and ensure delivery on project backlog Partner with other partner IT organizations to ensure alignment with Platform teams IT architecture IT Risk management and support organizations in delivering projects Contribute as a senior developer on critical initiatives share best practices technical expertise and collaborate and earn the trust and respect of the product team Develops and regularly calibrates metrics for the product and leads adoption and retention efforts Clearly communicates product requirements to delivery squad s to maximize value for policy stakeholder Drives continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate that to solutions and product backlog or project product management role Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor resources to optimize the delivery and performance of the OneSource Indirect Determination Sabrix Platform 7 years experience in a large global corporation designing implementing configuring and sustaining tax determination solutions in Thomson Reuters OneSource Indirect Determination Sabrix using Global Next as well as SAP Tax determination 7 years experience supporting and implementing integration of OneSource Indirect Determination to SAP ECC SAP S 4 HANA SAP Ariba and other third party bolt-on procurement and sales platforms Strong technical experience in working with SAP ABAP development teams and implementation of custom solutions and integrations related to indirect tax Strong understanding of end-to-end STS OTC FBM and SCM finance processes and life cycles Exposure to SAP SD MM and experience working on Finance applications is a plus Proficient with Agile software development and DevSecOps approaches Excellent written and verbal communications and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives to meet business objectives Ability to adapt quickly in a agile and complex environment Demonstrated ability working with Microsoft Office product suite Proven track record of communicating effectively across stakeholder groups Excellent organizational and time management skills including the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines Must be a self-starter quick learner and be able to deliver
