Job Title Home Visit Physiotherapist Company Enhance Physiotherapy and Wellnesd Location Bangalore with travel to patient homes Job Type Full-time About Us We practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care We specialize in bringing high-quality physiotherapy services directly to our patients homes ensuring comfort convenience and personalized treatment plans Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their optimal physical health and well-being through compassionate and effective therapy Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Visit Physiotherapist to join our growing team The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing diagnosing and treating a diverse caseload of patients in their private residences This role requires excellent clinical skills strong communication abilities and the capacity to work independently while maintaining high standards of care Responsibilities Patient Assessment and Diagnosis Conduct comprehensive initial assessments including medical history review physical examination and functional evaluations to accurately diagnose conditions and identify patient needs Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient s specific goals home environment and functional limitations Treatment Implementation and Management Deliver a wide range of physiotherapy interventions including therapeutic exercises manual therapy electrotherapy and patient education within the home setting Monitor patient progress adjust treatment plans as necessary and document all interventions and outcomes accurately and promptly Educate patients and their families caregivers on home exercise programs pain management techniques and strategies for preventing re-injury Documentation and Communication Maintain thorough and accurate patient records Administrative and Operational Manage scheduling and logistics for home visits efficiently Maintain and transport necessary equipment for treatments in a safe and organized manner Contribute to the clinic s reputation by providing exceptional patient experiences and encouraging positive patient reviews Qualifications Education Master s or Bachelors degree of Physiotherapyfrom an accredited institution 2 Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist with prior experience in home health Experience working with diverse patient populations and conditions especially post operative orthopedic is highly desirable Skills and Competencies Excellent clinical assessment diagnostic and treatment skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families Ability to work independently manage time effectively and prioritize caseloads Demonstrated empathy patience and a patient-centered approach to care Valid driver s license and reliable transportation are essential for home visits Job Type Full time Pay 13 201 75 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
