POST SERVICE ENGINEER - WASTE WATER TREATMENT STP ETP RO We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Post Sales Engineer with expertise in STP Sewage Treatment Plant ETP Effluent Treatment Plant RO Reverse Osmosis and WTP Water Treatment Plant The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions service reporting and negotiations This role involves providing after-sales support ensuring customer satisfaction and driving service business growth Key Responsibilities Provide post-sales technical support for STP ETP RO and WTP plants Responsible for erection installation commissioning and troubleshooting of treatment plants Visit and maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients Conduct regular site visits audits and system performance checks Handle client communication reporting and documentation effectively Identify service opportunities and support AMC spare parts and upgradation sales Demonstrate marketing and negotiation skills to enhance service contracts and business growth Ensure compliance with safety environmental and company standards during service activities Train operators customers on system usage and preventive maintenance Required Skills Qualifications BE Diploma in Mechanical Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in STP ETP RO WTP operations and service Strong knowledge in erection and commissioning of treatment plants Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to handle customer visits negotiations and service discussions Good marketing and business development orientation in after-sales Proficiency in technical documentation report preparation and client coordination Willingness to travel extensively to client sites Key Competencies Customer relationship management Technical problem-solving and analytical thinking Negotiation and marketing ability Time management and organizational skills Team collaboration and independent working INTERESTED CANDIDATES CONTACT HR (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
