About the Role We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and manage day-to-day HR operations employee engagement and compliance processes The ideal candidate is people-oriented detail-driven and capable of handling multiple aspects of HR while ensuring smooth organizational functioning Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Maintain employee records HR databases and ensure compliance with labor laws Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team Manage employee engagement initiatives grievance redressal and conflict resolution Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies processes and guidelines Coordinate training development programs Ensure compliance with statutory requirements PF ESIC gratuity etc Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of HR experience preferably in a digital creative IT etc industry Robust understanding of HR operations recruitment and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools Job Type Full-time Pay 12 751 91 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
