components Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience driving delivery in an iterative environment Excellent communication collaboration and conflict-resolution skills Passion for developing people building strong engineering cultures and fostering team growth Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Experience in AI ML or building features
