We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our finance team The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements managing accounts reconciling transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations The Accountant will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to the overall efficiency of the financial operations Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement Oversee general ledger and all sub-ledgers Post journal entries process accounts payable receivable and monitor cash flow Reconcile bank statements credit card transactions and other financial records Assist with tax filings including corporate tax and other local tax requirements Ensure timely and accurate reporting of tax returns Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and compliance standards Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts Monitor budget performance and suggest corrective actions when necessary Maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits Document and recommend improvements to accounting processes and controls Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration Support senior management with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis Collaborate with other departments for budgeting and cost management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience Accounting 3 years Preferred ERP systems 3 years Preferred GST 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
