Job Title Vendor Coordinator - Footwear Industry Only Males Candidates Will be Preferred Must be Comfortable with Travelling Department Supply Chain Procurement Production Location Pitampura Delhi Reporting To Supply Chain Manager Production Head Job Summary The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating with vendors and suppliers in the footwear industry The role involves ensuring timely sourcing quality checks price negotiations order follow-ups and maintaining smooth communication between vendors and internal departments Key Responsibilities Identify evaluate and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for raw materials components and packaging Negotiate terms prices timelines and quality standards with vendors Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and follow up on deliveries Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality cost and delivery Coordinate with the design production and quality teams for sampling approvals and bulk orders Resolve supply chain issues delays or quality discrepancies with vendors Maintain updated records of vendor contracts agreements and performance reports Ensure compliance with company policies ethical sourcing and industry standards Assist in cost optimization and inventory control through effective vendor management Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term partnerships Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of sourcing procurement and vendor management in the footwear industry Good understanding of raw materials such as leather synthetics fabrics soles adhesives etc Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in MS Office ERP systems and vendor management tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Footwear Technology or related field 2-5 years of experience in vendor coordination preferably in the footwear or apparel industry Experience in vendor negotiations and supply chain coordination Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s What is your current location How much experience do you have as a Vendor Coordinator in Footwear Industry Are you available to join us immediately
