Job Title Design Executive Location Pune Maharashtra Company Nishtha Essentials LLP About Us At Nishtha Essentials LLP we specialize in creating innovative and sustainable architectural and interior design solutions With a strong portfolio of successful residential commercial and mixed-use projects we are committed to delivering exceptional design services that bring our clients visions to life We pride ourselves on our creative approach attention to detail and a client-first mentality that ensures we provide outstanding results We are currently seeking a Design Executive to join our dynamic team This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in client engagement and project development by acting as the first point of contact for potential clients As a Design Executive your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients effectively communicate our services and nurture client relationships This role requires a blend of customer service communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth transitions from initial inquiries to scheduled meetings and ongoing project phases Key Responsibilities Client Engagement and Communication Act as the first point of contact for potential clients answering calls emails and queries regarding the company s products and services Clearly communicate our architectural and interior design offerings services and project processes to prospective clients Provide comprehensive information about our services including design packages pricing structures timelines and the scope of work we offer Client Briefing and Consultation Brief clients on our design approach and portfolio of past work to build confidence and trust Listen to client needs and preferences and provide initial advice or suggestions based on their requirements Guide clients in understanding the design process helping them make informed decisions on their architectural and interior design needs Data Management and Client Analytics Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and inquiries in the company s CRM or data management systems Track client progress through different stages of engagement ensuring that each prospect is followed up with and that no inquiries are overlooked Client Meetings Scheduling Identify opportunities to convert initial client inquiries into physical or virtual meetings with senior design teams Actively follow up with clients to schedule design consultations ensuring that all client questions are addressed beforehand 3D Visualization Interior Design Drafting Create detailed floor plans and technical drawings for sustainable houses interior spaces Develop 3D visualizations and renderings based on design concepts Proficiency in CAD 3D modeling and rendering software essential Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field Diploma required Bachelor s degree in design is preferred Proven experience in client-facing roles preferably in the architecture design or construction industry Freshers can also apply Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service Detail-oriented proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude Preferred Skills Familiarity with architectural and interior design software e g AutoCAD SketchUp Revit is a plus Experience with virtual meeting tools like Zoom Google Meet or Microsoft Teams Knowledge of the construction process project management and design trends Why Join Us Be part of a leading architectural and interior design firm with a diverse and exciting project portfolio Collaborate with a talented and creative team of designers and professionals Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Koregaon Park Pune Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What kind of career you are looking for yourself in next 5 years Education Diploma Required Language English Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 06 2025
