Key Responsibilities Promote and sell day-old chicks broiler layer to farmers dealers and distributors Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory Develop and maintain relationships with farmers poultry integrators and distributors Ensure timely supply and delivery coordination of chicks Conduct farm visits to generate new leads and provide product awareness Collect market intelligence on competitor activities pricing and demand trends Handle customer queries complaints and provide after-sales service Maintain proper sales records customer data and submit daily weekly reports Coordinate with the hatchery and logistics team to ensure proper planning and dispatch Educate customers about chick management brooding practices and biosecurity Key Skills Competencies Robust communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of poultry farming and chick management Customer relationship management Sales target orientation and ability to work under pressure Problem-solving and conflict-handling ability Qualification Experience Graduate in Agriculture Veterinary Science Animal Husbandry Life Sciences preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience in poultry sales chicks feed or related Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
