Job Overview We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team The primary responsibility of this role is to identify screen and connect with the best-fit candidates for both technical and non-technical roles The ideal candidate will be well-versed with job portals like Naukri LinkedIn and Indeed and will have the ability to work effectively from the office Key Responsibilities Sourcing Candidates Use platforms like Naukri LinkedIn and Indeed to find potential candidates for open positions Conducting Candidate Calls Engage with candidates via phone calls to assess their skills interests and fit for the role Screening Resumes Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews Building Candidate Pipeline Create and maintain a robust database of potential candidates for both technical and non-technical roles Coordinating with Hiring Managers Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure candidates meet the expectations Job Posting Post job openings on relevant job boards and company portals Additional Sourcing Channels Knowledge of other job portals will be a plus to further expand sourcing avenues Skills Qualifications Experience 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing roles freshers are welcome Skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written Valuable understanding of recruitment tools and job portals like Naukri LinkedIn Indeed Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets Knowledge of other platforms such as Monster Glassdoor etc is a plus Education A bachelor s degree or equivalent Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
