About the Company WeCredit is a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing access to financial products in India We partner with heading NBFCs to help Customers find the best online financial solutions including quick and hassle-free loans Our skilled team aids every step of the way from Completing your loan documents to ensuring fast disbursal of funds About the Role We are looking for a proactive and analytical Risk Analyst to join our energetic team The ideal candidate will have prior experience in credit risk analysis portfolio performance tracking and risk modelling within the fintech or NBFC ecosystem This role will directly contribute to building scalable compliant and data-driven risk systems that support our business growth and sustainability Key Responsibilities - Analyse credit risk performance across borrower segments and products - Develop and refine risk models scorecards and decision frameworks using internal and external data - Monitor key risk indicators KRIs and recommend corrective actions for portfolio health - Collaborate with product data and lending teams to create and iterate risk strategies - Assist in fraud risk management initiatives using data insights and technology tools - Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess credit portfolio vulnerability - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines RBI NBFC norms and internal risk policies - Support audits regulatory inspections and risk-related documentation Requirements - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Economics Statistics Mathematics or related field - 0-1 years of experience as a Risk Analyst in a Fintech NBFC Bank or Credit Bureau - Strong knowledge of credit risk principles scorecards and lending operations - Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel SQL Python R basic level and visualization tools Power BI Tableau - Understanding of RBI regulatory framework NBFC norms and credit risk compliance - Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills - Prior experience in consumer lending personal loans or SME loans is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 350 000 99 - 450 000 00 per year Application Question s Current Salary Expected Salary Are you comfortable with Saket location Are you comfortable working for 6 days a week Are you comfortable with a 1 5 year bond What is your notice period Work Location In person
