We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead our product design and development team ensuring top-quality engineering and aesthetics while mentoring a team of talented designers Lead and manage a team of 4 mechanical designers to deliver cutting-edge agritech products Drive end-to-end product development from concept to production with strong design ownership Ensure design quality performance and manufacturability using SOLIDWORKS and DraftSight AutoCAD Collaborate with R D electronics and manufacturing teams for seamless integration and execution Plan and allocate design tasks review outputs and mentor team members on design best practices Conduct design validations tolerance checks and support prototyping activities Implement design standards CAD libraries and documentation processes Optimize for cost weight durability and ease of assembly in farm conditions Stay updated with agritech trends tools and techniques to continuously improve product innovation Report progress risks and resource needs to the leadership team regularly Job Type Full-time Pay From 95 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Solidworks 3 years Required Product development 3 years Required Work Location In person
