Job Role Accountant Finance Taxation Location Whitefield Bangalore Employment Type Full-Time Experience 3 to 6 years in accounting finance must have worked in a CA firm Reporting to CFO Director Salary 25 000 35 000 per month based on experience qualifications About the Company AgroDart is a rapid-growing agri-trading and warehousing company headquartered in Whitefield Bangalore with operations across multiple states We specialize in sourcing warehousing and distribution of agricultural commodities such as maize paddy wheat and other food grains Built on transparency efficiency and compliance AgroDart is committed to creating a reliable supply chain that benefits farmers and institutional buyers About the Role We are hiring an Accountant Finance Taxation to manage financial operations statutory compliance and internal controls The candidate will ensure accurate reporting support audits handle taxation and improve processes Must be able to communicate in Hindi for stakeholder coordination Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting Statutory Compliance Prepare and finalize monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Perform accruals prepayments and trial balance finalization Ensure accurate ledgers and records for audit readiness File all GSTR returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9 etc and reconcile Input Tax Credit ITC Handle GST audits assessments and departmental correspondence Ensure timely deduction payment and filing of TDS returns Assist in advance tax computation ITR preparation and Tax Audit coordination General Operations Book Integrity Post and review journal entries daily weekly and monthly Maintain ledgers for accounts receivable accounts payable payroll and others Handle reconciliations and month-end closing activities including depreciation provisions and accruals Banking Treasury Functions Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances Reconcile bank statements with company records Budgeting Forecasting Cost Management Prepare department-wise and consolidated budgets Support financial forecasting and scenario planning Work with leadership to monitor and control costs and identify areas for efficiency Audit Financial Controls Prepare and manage schedules for internal and statutory audits Liaise with external auditors and consultants Implement and monitor Internal Financial Controls IFC Team Management SOP Development Supervise and review work of junior accountants Allocate responsibilities and train team members on compliance and systems Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for accounting tasks ERP Reporting Tools Maintain and operate accounting systems such as Tally ERP 9 or other ERP platforms Use Microsoft Excel for reporting data analysis pivot tables VLOOKUPs advanced formulas and financial modelling Prepare formal documentation and reports using Microsoft Word Ideal Candidate Profile Qualifications CA CA-Inter MBA Finance M Com Experience 3 to 6 years in accounting compliance audit must have CA firm exposure Skills Strong knowledge of GST TDS IT Solid accounting principles Ind AS AS Expert in Excel Tally ERP Analytical organizational skills Ability to work independently in teams fluency in Hindi must What We Offer Growth opportunities in a collaborative work culture Exposure to complex financial operations decision-making Competitive salary performance incentives Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
