designing and architecture of digital projects to improve financial services for families small businesses multinational corporations and non-profit organizations Role Responsibilities Lead a Team Technically and mentor Associates and Jr Associates Develop and implement new software maintain and improve existing software Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization Recommend improvements to existing software programs Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations functional and technical teams Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure Works independently on complex projects Apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done DoD process for better quality by maintaining unit test code coverage and integration test coverage Role Requirements 5 years of demonstrated software development experience Hand-on expertise on Native iOS Objective-C Swift Deep Understanding and Knowledge about JSON SOAP REST Worked with AngularJS HTML CSS and Cordova Good to have ReactJS AWS Cloud Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges with a can-do attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles Self-starter with
