Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to be responsible for multiple client accounts The Senior Account Manager responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings To be a Senior Accounts Manager you should be able to manage and develop your accounts and ensure client satisfaction Ultimately an outstanding senior account manager should have strong communication accounts management skills Duties and Responsibilities Manage multiple accounts develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points Efficiently process vendor Invoices and maintain up to date system Ensuring that the payment of invoices is completed within a timely manner and in accordance with payments terms Preparing tax sheet for recording monthly provisioning of Indirect taxes in the books Handled monthly journal entries accounts and various ledger of all branches Preparation and submission of timely GST of branches Preparation and submission of GST Refund of with payment of tax Responsible for the TDS deposited and TDS return Deals all types of works with banks i e B G NEFT RTGS DD Withdrawals Account Opening Fund Transfer etc Reconciliation of Bank Sundry Debtor Sundry Creditor Account Providing daily monthly report to the management Other routine and general administration Preparation of Profitability on monthly quarterly basis Providing Bank positions report on a daily basis and also deals in Credit notes as well Required Skills Experience and Qualifications Candidate applying for this position must have experience of 7-8 years in accounts Should be able to prepare financial statements MIS reporting Budget preparation Forecasts Management of reporting on timely basis Ability to set up the finance processes accounting system and ensure Accounting as per IGAAP Month-end year-end closing with provisioning Solid experience to manage Statutory Audit Internal Audit Tax Audit with Auditors and Consultants Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Chandigarh Chandigarh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
