Job Profile Sales Executive Job Location Bangalore Chennai Experience Required 3-5 yrs Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our payment solutions to businesses The ideal candidate will have relevant B2B B2C sales experience and a passion for fintech and digital payments Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate current business opportunities through field sales cold calling networking and online research - Pitch payment solutions to merchants SMEs startups and enterprise clients - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups - Conduct product demos and explain key features benefits and pricing models - Achieve monthly sales targets - Collaborate with onboarding operations and support teams to ensure smooth merchant activation - Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to internal teams Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field - 0-5 years of experience in direct sales business development - Prior experience in selling fintech or payment solutions is preferred - Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently - Familiarity with digital payment trends UPI POS and eCommerce ecosystem Preferred Skills Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho Knowledge of the payment gateway industry and competitive landscape Compensation Fixed Incentives based on performance
